People are always trying to get the most for their money. A few years ago pdf was king but I'm starting to see a trend where audio and video are really taking off. This means that we as publishers have to find a way to deliver our products in the highest perceived value package possible. I know that my next project will definitely be delivered in video form. I've been marketing online using videos since 2004 and let me tell you, back then people looked at me cross-eyed when I said that video was going to be all over the Internet.
