Again, I don't understand why he can't just publish it in html on the web instead of grabbing your email address to download a PDF. That whole process just seems so shady to me. I used a junk email address that is already full of Mike Filsmane, Death of Adsense, WebProNews and Ty Coughlin spam so I don't care if it get's spammed even more. Oh well, IMHO, nothing worth reading ever comes in a PDF anyway. I don't understand why if something's so great, why not just make an html document ? PDF's are flaky.
