If you write a good keyword rich title, plus some decent introductory text for the video the Google ads should be related. That and the videos should all be related to a certain niche. I am not sure that videos on just random things would be well monetized with Adsense.

I think video blog should have high traffic or else the keyword density is not identified by the google adsense script and thats the reason the pay per clicks goes down.Alternatively I suggest to use service like urbanread.com
which puts news with profits on your blog.
