My name is Richard East and I am directly involved in the TA program here in India. A shell company...hardly...scam...not a chance. Listen, we have 200 customers..."most" of whom are completely satisfied...others who are not. To resolve a problem on a forum or blog is not only suspect to the posters motives, but a clear indicator that someone has pure motive to do something unbecoming of most human beings. We have over 5 contact points...with the US Account Managers (5 of them), Nick Dunin, the Inidan Account Manager and myself. Everyone in the program has all of the email addresses, phone numbers and chat ids. So, if anyone truly did have a real problem, it would be solved immediately. Good luck to you folks that enjoy spending your time on forums and blogs doing what you feel is damage. It is nothing more than a waste of your time. And if you truly do have a real complaint, you have all the necessary contact information to resolve this. FYI, when people complain...you would think that they would use their real names...those above are not and have never been clients of the TA program. So yes, there were some times that I could see some issues, but I am in business and after speaking to the team there I could see the opportunity and they are now running all the tactics with clear processes and I can see the results. If you call them they will say anything to get you off the phone and never help you. Never ever use trafficassistants.com. For $400 you will get much better and a legal response from Google or other well established traffic generators. trafficassistants.com is a shell company in India looking to ripp people off. They have not performed the hours due that are prepaid for most (maybe all) of the clientele. Those of us who have demanded a refund are ignored. Those who got billed for month 2 are getting the same crappy service as before. I don't think it was intentional, but now that they ignore all emails, and have so many dissatisfied customers, yet they announce a new promotion March 1, as far as I'm concerned it now qualifies as a fraud. read about them on warriorforum (unless the post gets deleted). Advice: choose someone from rentacoder rated 9.5+ with at least 20 jobs and write VERY DETAILED AND CLEAR job description for them. Don't assume anything. Do small jobs with short deadlines.
