Pay Per Post to buy Performancing?

According to TechCrunch, pay per post is going to buy Performancing.
This really doesn’t affect me, since I don’t use either company’s products. I used to read the Performancing blog, until they stopped posting.
I wonder what Pay Per Posts plans are?
